SCH FM42 107cm Tow-Behind Flail Mower

From top-end British manufacturers SCH, this premium-quality tractor-towed flail mower is a fast and efficient way to cover large areas of rough grass, pasture, meadow and woodland.

Its powerful but clean-burning and fuel-efficient 9hp Honda four-stroke OHV engine powers a series of 36 flails that will take long, dense grass, nettles and weeds in their stride. Power is sent to the flails via a V-Belt drive, so an overload will simply snap the belt, rather than causing catastrophic transmission damage.

A single-piece rear-mounted roller works to minimise scalping; the engine and emergency-stop switch are within easy reach of your tractor’s driving seat.

The SCH FM42 107cm Tow-Behind Flail Mower features twin transport-wheels with large pneumatic tyres for a smooth rough-ground run.

The tow-bar can either be central or offset.

Please note: the FM42 features a clevis hitch as standard, but can be fitted with a ball hitch for free, if required.
