Choosing A Petrol Chainsaw: Power

Guide Bar Size:
The length of the guide bar is as important as the engine power. Both components go hand in hand. A long guide bar such as the PRO 55 can make single pass logging easy. A robust engine provides the endurance to finish the cut. Smaller bars provide better cut-power ratios for tougher condition are more useful for cutting smaller things, especially since the engine of a small-barred chainsaw will be matched to the power of the engine.
