If you are lucky enough to have a large area of grass, you can’t get by without a lawn tractor.
That is unless you want to spend the weekend trundling up and down with a conventional mower for the lawn and a strimmer or old-fashioned scythe for the longer bits.

Al-Ko T16-92HD Special Edition Lawn Tractor has a twin-cylinder 656cc Briggs & Stratton engine and a 92cm cutting width making it suitable for areas around 6000m2.
As well as a large 220 litre grass box it is fitted with special Hi-lift blades which work to create a powerful air current in the cutting deck.
This has the effect of blasting the cut grass into the collecting box, especially useful when the grass is wet.

The AL-KO T16-102HD Edition Lawn Tractor is a similar machine but with a 102cm cutting width making it suitable for around 8000m2.
It has a 656cc Briggs & Stratton twin-cylinder engine which has the maker’s advance debris management technology to give it a long life. A well-balanced crankshaft keeps vibration levels low which not only makes it comfortable to drive but contributes to the engine’s long life.
It has similar transmission which allows very precise speed control and is fitted with a steel front bumper.
A rear grass deflector and mulch plug are again available at special prices and there is a free garden trailer worth £199.
You won’t realise how useful a garden trailer can be around a large garden unless you’ve tried working without one for any length of time.
