How do I get a refund?

At MowDirect, we have always made it our business to give our customers a decent chance to review their purchasing decisions. 

This is why we offer a 14 day cooling off period, and we always have, even when the statutory requirement was only 7 days.

In addition, if you are buying an item as a Christmas Gift you can return it in the New Year providing you inform us by January 15th.

So you can cancel at any time within 14 days, for whatever reason. That is our policy.  

However, as you would expect, there are a few conditions.

  1. You need to pay for, and arrange, return delivery, in original packaging, unless the item was broken, defective or mis-delivered, in which case we will cover this cost. (If packaging is not original, you will need to pay the costs involved.)
  2. If the product has been used and returned, the refund you get will depend strictly on the condition of the item on return, and a reduction will be made for wear or damage, cosmetic or functional.
  3. All refunds will be processed ASAP, no later than 14 days after order cancellation. 

NB: Please also bear in mind that in order for your refund to be processed we need you to return everything associated with the item in question, not just the machine, including…

Lawnmowers scarifiers etc – Grass box/collector

Cordless equipment – Batteries / charger

Chainsaw – Any free kits

and please also make sure you return the operator manuals for the machine and any separate ones for the engine or other parts.
