Do I need to sign for my goods?

The short answer is yes, you do.

You’ve searched, shopped, consulted, thought long and deep and spent your hard earned cash on your goods and we want to make sure they get to you, and you alone.

However, if you really can’t be there when your parcel or pallet arrives, there are some alternatives. 

1. You can arrange for some one you trust, perhaps a neighbour to sign for them and for the goods to be left there. 

2. You can ask for the goods to be left in a safe place.

In both cases you can contact the shipping company or even leave a note on your door. Or let us know before dispatch. 

However. Please take note that if you arrange for delivery without a signature of some sort, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
