A Decent Bit Of Kit
Personally, I much prefer the tubular handles of past years to the current trend of Ashwood handles for gardening implements such as this. That, of course, is a personal choice and and doesn't detract in any way from this particular swoe hoe.
On delivery, this hoe had some movement between handle and blade but leaving it out in the open overnight immediately remedied this. Other than that, my only other observation was that, being Ashwood, it doesn't have a particularly good grip so that I placed some duct tape on the handle where my two hands hold the hoe. That remedied that.
Overall, though, it is well balanced and powerful and makes very short work of weeds.
