The Stiga SCM 440 FS Manual Cylinder-Mower has been fitted with a precision engineered, hardened-steel cylinder, which is equipped with five razor-sharp blades that will leave you with an impressively neat, discolouration-free finish, the like of which you simply won’t get with a rotary-action mower.
Stiga's no-contact cutting technology means there's almost no noise and makes pushing the mower a breeze; their provision of nine cutting-height steps (25-76mm) means varying grass lengths and weather conditions can be effectively managed.
Weighing just 17.2kg and featuring a fully adjustable handlebar, the Stiga SCM 440 FS Manual Cylinder-Mower is comfortable to work with and can be guided almost effortlessly around and between garden obstacles.
A roller at the rear smooths out the lawn surface, leaving it looking pleasingly neat and tidy; a 20-litre front-mounted woven catcher – available separately – does away with the need for tiresome post-mowing raking and bagging.
