Sturdy and Well Made
I must echo many of the other reviews of this mower. It seems to be well made and strong. I bought this one because the wheels kept breaking on my cheaper mass-produced mower.
So far the Oleo-Mac is coping with my uneven hillside lawn. The variable speed is handy, but the top speed is slower than I had hoped (I "raced" it against the old mower, which easily won). Unfortunately strength and features come at a price - weight. This is a pretty heavy machine to handle and any type of gradient will require strength and skill on the turns and when running downhill.
Assembly instructions are not that easy to follow, even for an engineer, although there isn't that much to assemble and most handy gardeners will work it out.
