I bought this because I thought it was good value for the money. I don't have to do a great deal of strimming or brush cutting but need a machine for occasional use. My impression is that it has been developed for people like me. The occasional user. Not sure if it could stand constant day after day use. But I haven't tested it that much.
A good feature is the ability to split the long shaft, this makes it easier to transport and to store. But when you put it together locating the drive shaft into the receiver can be a bit fiddly. I also found the balance point on the shaft with the shoulder strap a bit difficult to find and adjust, compared to my old one. There is a quick-release buckle on the point of attachment from the strap to the machine and unless you can get the balance point right it keeps disconnecting.
Overall great value for money but I would say for occasional use.
