The Stiga A8 does away with the single biggest hassle of robotic mowing: the boundary wire. There is no perimeter cable to bury or repair. Instead the A8 navigates by GPS-RTK satellite positioning combined with Stiga's Active Guidance System (AGS), placing itself to within millimetres and covering your lawn methodically rather than at random.
Engineered and built in Italy, it manages gardens up to 800m² across as many as four separate cutting zones. An 18cm cutting deck with four pivoting blades spins at 2,850rpm for a clean cut, with electronic height adjustment from 20mm to 60mm.
Set-up takes minutes through the intuitive STIGA.GO app — define your zones on the map and the A8 does the rest, returning to its dock to charge and resuming automatically. Cutting little and often keeps the grass dense, healthy and finely striped.
