The compact and lightweight 52cc (2hp) air-cooled two-stroke engine on the Hyundai HYEA5200X offers muscular mid-range torque, thereby ensuring it doesn’t have to be run at full revs, which in turn means less stress is placed on key parts, significantly extending their working life. A heavy-duty air filter contributes further to the engine’s longevity.
Designed to be comfortable and easy to control for any operator, the Hyundai HYEA5200X Petrol Earth-Auger combines high-spec anti-vibration technology with an ergonomically optimised handle configuration, a low machine weight (13kg) and perfectly placed controls (on/off switch; throttle; safety trigger).

A quick-release mechanism enables fast, no-tools attachment swapping; Hyundai’s use of a centrifugal-type clutch works to disengage the transmission when the engine is at ‘idle’.
