With its expansive 122cm working width, this towed-type unit from garden-tractor attachment specialists, Agri-Fab, will deal quickly and efficiently with large-scale dethatching applications.

Its 24 heat-treated spring tines are highly durable and will gently but comprehensively remove any matted grass clippings and lateral rhizomes (or ‘thatch’), which might be inhibiting your lawn’s growth. Once the surface build-up has been lifted, sunlight, water and air will be able to better penetrate the root network, in turn enabling the grass to flourish.

The Agri-Fab 45-0295 Spring-Tine Dethatcher is fitted with a weight tray that you can ballast, should an increased working-depth be required.

A handy cantilevered transport handle makes it possible to lift the tines when crossing areas that don’t need dethatching.
