The Mountfield T30M is the first lawn-tractor within its cutting-width range to utilise a twin-bladed cutter-deck; a high-specification feature that’s normally found on larger machines; and which allows for closer tracking of surface undulations for a more consistent cut with less unsightly scalping. The contra-rotating action of the blades creates a high-velocity under-deck airflow that powers clippings through the discharge chute and into the grass-catcher, thereby ensuring successful bagging, even in typically damp UK conditions.
The collector holds a substantial 200-litres of cut grass; can be emptied from the driver’s seat; and features an audible ‘bag full’ warning to prevent blockages. Thanks to its seven-stage height-of-cut (25 – 80mm) and six-speed manual gearbox (5 + 1), the Mountfield T30M Lawn & Garden Tractor can be quickly adapted to suit both the grass-condition and the type of terrain you’re operating on. Its light-touch steering and tight 140cm turning-radius make it highly manoeuvrable and fun to drive; while its deck-mounted hosepipe fixture means rotten, corrosive clippings can be removed from the undercarriage without fuss. In order to ensure lengthy mowing and towing tasks can be carried-out in comfort, Mountfield have equipped this model with a fully adjustable driver’s seat (with suspension); spring-assisted cutting-height control; and electronic deck engagement. Larger-diameter rear-wheels enhance both manoeuvrability and traction; while powerful headlights facilitate safe low-light operation.
Powering the Mountfield T30M Lawn Tractor is a beefy 432cc Mountfield 7500-Series engine with a high-volume six-litre fuel tank for extended intervals between fuel-stops; and an overhead-valve layout for superior fuel-economy; and a reduction in noise and harmful exhaust particulates. A rear-deflector and mulch-kit are available separately, as is a range of towed accessories. We include in the price full assembly by Mountfield-trained fitters and our extensive pre-delivery inspection ensures your new tractor arrives in perfect working order and ready to go.

Good value Does what it says on the tin!
Prompt delivery, easy to use good machines for the money -
Good Piece of Kit Bought this to replace a cheaper brand ride-on mower inherited from the previous owners of my smallholding to cut areas around the house, as well as the half-acre lawn. Easy to use, cuts well and catch-bag means a lot less raking.
Came fully assembled, battery charged and oiled so just needed to add fuel. Park brake lever on lower console a bit flimsy and had to be replaced under warranty soon after purchase. Claiming under warranty was straightforward through MowDirect so no drama. Hasn't had extended use yet due to the Scottish weather but happy so far. -
Chuffed to Bits & Pleased as Punch Great bit of kit, runs and cuts well and super handy. I'd recommend getting a trailer with it too - bought on a bit of whim but in almost constant use.
Delivered as promised, ready to go (even included some fuel!) Very happy. -
Great mower at a good price This Mountfield is neat, the deck is no wider than the wheel width and so is good to steer through tight gates and small areas.
It is simple to operate, but does need to be put on a trickle-charger when parked.
