Echo PPT-2620HES Power Pruner

The high-specification Echo PPT-2620HES is one of the safest and easiest ways to prune trees and cut-off dead and/or dangerous branches, and will allow you to leave your wobbly old stepladders in the shed!

The Echo PPT-2620HES Power Pruner is a telescopically-adjustable unit which measures an expansive 2.72m in length unextended; and an extra-long 3.7m when fully extended. The telescopic shaft is simple to adjust and can be securely locked by hand.

This premium, X-Series machine is powered by an ultra-clean-running and impressively fuel efficient 25.4cc/1hp Echo air-cooled two-stroke engine with the high-end Japanese manufacturer's effort-saving Easy Start spring-assisted starting system. 

An ergonomically positioned top handle makes it easy to control and manoeuvre, as does a handgrip incorporating conveniently grouped controls, including an 'ignition off' switch, throttle trigger and throttle lock-out (which prevents accidental engagement).

The rigid, non-flex shaft on the Echo PPT-2620HES Petrol Pole-Pruner has a splined fibreglass cover, which is easy to grip and ensures a firm, positive hold. It's also much more resistant to fuel spillages than rubber.

A gear-driven oiler lubricates right to the tip of the cutter bar, allowing the chain to run smoothly in any position; a high-torque gearbox assures faster and more accurate cutting.

Also of note is the centrally positioned exhaust that facilitates both left- and right-handed use.
