The battery supplied with the Stiga GT 100e KIT 20v 2-in-1 Cordless Strimmer/Edger utilises latest-generation lithium-ion technology, which has multiple advantages over outdated lead-acid and ni-cad systems - you get longer run-times and shorter charge-times; and there are no self-discharge or memory-effect problems to hamper you.
The ergonomically designed Stiga GT 100e KIT combines an ultra-lightweight build (1.8kg) with negligible vibration-levels (2.9m/s), a soft-grip handle and a telescopic shaft to ensure it scores highly when it comes to comfort and ease of use.
It’s equipped with a 45° pivoting cutter-head, so it can be quickly switched from strimmer to edger modes; and it’s fitted with a foldable spacer for safe and accurate trimming around obstacles.
The 25cm cutter-head on this model boasts automatic line-advance, which means you won’t have to take any action in order to spool-out new cord.
