The Stiga Park 500 W is built around an innovative articulated chassis, delivering manoeuvrability far superior to that of a conventional ride-on mower. It’s a perfect choice for lawns featuring obstacles, narrow passageways or tight corners. Because the rear wheels follow the exact path of the front wheels, there’s no risk of the machine’s back end clipping objects—allowing you to focus entirely on the cutting area ahead.
The forward-mounted cutter deck provides two major benefits over a mid-deck design: the grass is cut before the wheels run over it for a noticeably cleaner finish, and the driver enjoys an unobstructed view of the cutting line, enabling precise mowing right up to walls, borders and fences.
The Stiga Park 500 W features a hydrostatic transmission that offers smooth, infinitely variable speed control in both forward and reverse. This makes it easy to adapt to changing terrain and maintain steady, controlled movement at all times.
For a comfortable, low-fatigue experience, the machine is equipped with servo-assisted steering, an adjustable seat and a convenient foot-pedal deck-lift system. Seven blade-height settings (25–85 mm) allow you to achieve exactly the finish you want, while electric key start ensures simple, reliable ignition every time.
Power comes from the high-performance 586cc Stiga ST 550 Twin engine, which includes a cast-iron cylinder sleeve for enhanced durability and long service life.
This model is supplied with the impressive Combi 100 Q Plus deck—a compact but high-quality triple-blade unit that delivers an excellent finish on well-maintained lawns and can also tackle longer, rougher grass. By removing the rear mulch plate, the deck quickly converts to a rear-discharge setup, allowing overgrown areas to be handled efficiently.
