Powering it is a large-displacement 35.8cc two-stroke air-cooled engine that's Stage-2 emission-compliant; and which combines Echo's Easy Start technology with a CDI digital-ignition, a priming-pump and automatic fast-idle for fast and ultra-reliable pull-starts with minimal effort required on the part of the operator.
The Echo CS-362WES boasts a highly effective six-point anti-vibration system that means you can put-in extended shifts without exposing your hands and arms to excessive stress and strain.
Narrow louvers prevent the ingress of pine needles and other airborne debris; while no-tools air-filter access makes cleaning and replacement a breeze.
Other features clutch-related automatic chain-oiling for waste- and mess-free lubrication of the cutting-gear; side-access chain-tensioning for fast and accurate adjustments; and an inertia-activated chain-brake, which stops the chain dead in the event of kick-back for optimum user-safety.
