Its efficient and durable 500w motor powers a set of 60cm double-sided, dual-reciprocating blades, which are diamond-ground for longevity and a fast, neat cut. The blades have a 22mm tooth spacing, which makes it possible to tackle older, woodier growth.
Safety-enhancing features include two-handed operation, a rapid blade-stop time of just 0.5-seconds and a blade sheath, the latter of which also helps to protect the blades from moisture damage during storage.
A belt clip ensures the power lead is kept away from the blades during operation.
