Regularly mowing your lawn without your grass-catcher attached can lead to a build-up of matted thatch on the surface, which in turn can seriously inhibit healthy growth.
This problem can be quickly and efficiently overcome with the Agri-Fab Spring Tine Dethatcher; a 102cm towed-type unit, which employs a series of 20 heated-treated sprung tines that will delicately but thoroughly tease-out any thatch accumulation, thereby enabling the turf to breathe once more.
A convenient cantilevered handle makes it easy to raise the tines when manoeuvring from site to site; the provision of a 31.5kg-capacity ballast tray means you can make the tines dig deeper should the thatch mat be particularly severe.
This model is compatible with all makes of garden tractor and sits on a pair of large-diameter pneumatic tyres for the smooth negotiation of rough ground.
