With a steady 0.5A output at 40V, the SBSCBC charges at a gentle, battery-friendly rate — ideal if your toolkit runs on a single battery that you want to look after for the long term. Slow overnight charging is widely regarded as the kindest charge cycle for lithium-ion longevity.
