It’s drizzly, dreary and downright damp outside, but the temperature is slightly up, so those of us who ache throughout the winter to get out into our gardens are already donning waterproofs, the jumpers we got for Christmas, filling flasks with hot drinks and stamping about working out what we are going to do.
