Here’s a great gift anyone would appreciate – and it could open up a whole new world of easier gardening.
Leaves are still a menace – there are loads left on the oak trees still to tumble – and the Redback E435C Cordless Leaf-Blower makes clearing them up a whole lot easier.
To see just how effective it is have a look at this video of the machine in action.
First the technical stuff.
It runs on 2Ah, 4Ah and 6Ah batteries which are based on lithium-ion cells made in Japan and gives you a 121mph blast of air. As you can see from our video this is sufficient to clear really heavy, and somewhat damp, leaf falls
The machine weighs just 2.5kg and is well balanced making it a breeze (and rather a strong one) to use.
It costs £89, £30 less than the recommended price and has a three-year warranty.
You will also need to buy a battery and charger.
But here’s the good thing. Once you have said battery and charger you can run any other machines in the Redback range.
So for an extra £69 you can buy a Redback Cordless grass trimmer, light and easy to use but just as effective as many petrol-powered ones and without the smell exhaust fumes.
Or you can buy a cordless hedge trimmer for the same low price, just £69. Both these machines have three year warranties.
You can even get a neat little lawnmower for £249 or a chain saw for £179, and although these will work on a smaller battery you would be advised to buy one of the bigger batteries to make them work at their best.
These are rapidly becoming favourites for gardeners of advanced years who find lugging petrol-powered machines a bit of a chore.
We are great fans of these as we helped develop them using our years of experience in garden machinery and listening to our customers.
You can see the full Redback range on our site and please give us a ring on 020 3026 8712 if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
We’ve compiled our list of Christmas gifts here, so have a look if you’re still stuck for ideas.
And to lighten your day read Holly’s blog loosely based on the old poem ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
Looks as if she’s been on the gin, poor dear.
