The growth on many lawns is starting to slow, and often this can be caused by dead grasses and flat-growing weed.
All lawns should be regularly scarified and this is a good time to carry out this task. Scarifying teases out the rubbish that can accumulate, as well as any moss which may have survived the warm spell.
