With the customary Bank Holiday deluge the grass has started growing again and many people who have struggled through the summer months with a conventional mower are now looking to buy a ride-on mower or lawn tractor for the autumn.

This too has the Direct Collect system for efficient grass collection when it’s wet and also has been designed so that it is fast and simple to fit attachments like trailers and leaf sweepers and has a very tight turning radius of just 46 cm.
With a 344 cc Briggs & Stratton engine and a seven speed Transmatic Drive system it is powerful yet easy to manoeuvre – the gears are shifted smoothly and without having to stop.

And the biggest machine in the series is the Lawnflite 903 RT Lawn Tractor, a bigger machine with a cutting width if 105 cm made for larger gardens up to 2 acres or so.
This has a transmatic drive system allowing you to change gears on the move and a 500 cc Briggs & Stratton engine.
And it too has a Direct Collect system for dealing with the clippings, using a turbo fan to blow them into the grass box. This gives very efficient collection of cuttings even when they are wet – particularly useful in this country.
