For longer grass:Oleo-Mac Tornado lawn tractor
This machine has a really high spec with 14 change on the move gears and is powered by a 344 cc Briggs & Stratton engine.
Ideal for larger areas of grass this lawn tractor has the manufacturer’s special technology for simple removal of deck, bumper etc.
There are also a number of attachments available at special prices including a tow-behind de-thatcher, broad cast spreader, trailer, roller and lead sweeper which make this lawn tractor a year round workhorse.
It costs £1299, compared with the maker’s recommended price of £1699, there is a three year warranty from the manufacturer’s and delivery is free within three to five working days.
Larger lawns: Oleo-Mac Krosser garden tractor
This has the 344 cc Briggs & Stratton engine with 14 gears and is a really strong machine yet easy to drive and highly manoeuvrable at the same time.
This one has a 200 litre grass box and is designed so that attachments are easy to fit and remove.
Again the deck, grass box, and bonnet can all be easily removed with recourse to the tool box. And the cutting height is very easily altered from 30 mm up to 95 mm.
Again there are special prices on a dethatcher, particularly useful at this time of year, broadcast spreader, trailer, roller and leaf blower.
This lawn tractor costs £1499, a substantial reduction on the maker’s recommended price of £1999.
Delivery is free within three to five working days and there is a three year manufacturer’s warranty.
