The powerful 15.5 hp OHV petrol engine is made by Briggs and Stratton – the brand leader – and features an oil filter for safe use on slopes. The engine is exceptionally reliable and has been designed to provide maximum peformance throughout the life of the tractor.

With its large twin-blade 42” mowing deck and mowing heights between 3.8cm – 11.4cm, the Murray 15.5/42 Side-Discharge Garden Tractor is ideal for maintaining up to 2 acres of mixed grass areas including lawns, orchards, paddock and meadows.

Hydrostatic foot-operated drive puts an end to manual gear changing and makes for far more relaxed operation as well as speeding up mowing times and making the tractor more manoeuvrable. A tight turning circle of just 63.5cm further enhances the tractor’s ability to negotiate obstacles such as trees and shrubs as well as getting in and out of tight spaces.

When conditions turn a little drier during the summer months the supplied mulch plug can be attached to the mowing deck, returning valuable nutrients back into your lawn. Mulching is not only beneficial to healthy growth; it also produces a smarter appearance which is ideal for more formal lawn areas.

Large-sized high traction tyres keep the Murray 42” Side-Discharge Garden Tractor stable in less than perfect conditions and help smooth out any bumps and lumps. Whilst front axle grease fittings allow for easy maintenance and a tool-less deck levelling system will keep you mowing on an even keel.

If grass collection is required an optional 247 litre bagging system is available.
