Land owners and caretakers can take advantage of a new offer available at MowDirect that knocks £300 off the Murray 17/42 Side-Discharge Garden Tractor.
The lawn tractor is powered by a single cylinder Briggs and Stratton 17 hp Intek petrol engine and cuts mixed grass areas of two acres with a twin-blade 42-inch mowing deck.
Its automatic, foot-operated drive eliminates the need for manual gear changing, making it easier to operate on slopes, while the high-traction tyres serve to aid manoeuvrability in difficult weather conditions.
During the summer months, users can attach a supplied mulch plug to the mowing deck for nourishing lawns.
Experts advise setting the mower at two inches to reduce water use during warmer weather.
The Murray model boasts mowing heights of between 3.8cm and 11.4cm and is on sale at MowDirect for £1,499 (including 15 per cent VAT).
