Claiming to be even more powerful than its predecessors, Bosch's new Blade Shredders AXT are about to hit garden stores across the country.
Boasting "PowerDrive" motors with 2000 watts or 2200 watts and double-hardened, laser-cut blades, designed for extremely high cutting performance, the strength of these blade shredders is clear for all to see.
In fact, Bosch is so confident about the durability of the blades that it claims they will last up to 70 times longer than conventional ones. In addition, the designers of the AXT range have produced an ergonomically-shaped lightweight hopper to collect the waste in, as well as a splash guard to keep the mess in the hopper and not on the gardener.
What's more, Bosch claims that by using the "practical plunger prodder", the gardener can shred up to 40 per cent more material per time unit than with other blade shredders.
