Victa's Tornado whirls onto gardening scene

Lawn mower manufacturer Victa proudly presented the Tornado recently, claiming it to be the latest in time-saving and mulching technology.
Its Mulch or Catch feature means the gardener is given a choice as to whether they collect the grass cuttings for a compost heap or employ the shredding blades to redistribute the mulch back onto their lawn.
Available in either a two or four-stroke format, the Tornado prides itself on its high quality, low maintenance equipment. Its self-propelling motor means mowing hills is no longer a problem and the clutch function makes it easy to manoeuvre into tricky areas.
Designed for comfort, the ergonomic grip design makes the handle bar easy to hold and turn.
Victa has always been recognised for its durable machines, so it will come as no surprise that each mower comes with at least a two-year guarantee as well as the chassis being built from stainless steel, making the mower strong but light.
The larger four-stroke version also boasts a "smooth and efficient Briggs & Stratton XM50 four-stroke engine", which goes some way in explaining why Victa is convinced that it owns the strongest performing mulching mower on the market.
