Save £220 on the Lawnflite Robin long-reach hedgetrimmer this summer!

For a lightweight yet durable long-reach hedgetrimmer, gardeners need look no further than MowDirect.

The Lawnflite Robin LR2560W hedgetrimmer is now on special offer for just £399 (including VAT at 17.5 per cent) - £220 off the recommended retail price.

Powered by a 25cc low emission Robin engine with Handy Starting System, this model also features a heavy-duty, 24-inch double-sided blade for quality performance year-on-year.

It features a 135-degree working angle that allows users to tackle both high hedges and knee-height shrubs with ease.

According to garden machinery specialist MowDirect, the Q-shaped handle has also been specifically designed for enhanced operator comfort.

Gardening experts at the BBC say that a well-maintained hedge can provide a useful boundary for domestic gardens and lawns, but if left unkempt can lose its shape and cast unwanted shade.

A good pruning schedule is key to keeping hedges under control, horticulturalists advise.
