Cordless lawn mower for under £100

Alison Patel writes: The Gtech CM01 cordless battery powered cylinder lawn mower is quiet, environmentally- friendly and will not cost you the earth.

At just under £100 it is probably the most cost-efficient lawn mower you will find. What's more, operators will not have to worry about unsightly cables running across the garden.

Powered by a 12V rechargeable battery pack, the Gtech CM01 will give users a running time of up to 60 minutes depending on how thick the grass is; more than enough time to mow most lawns.

It has a cutting width of 30 centimetres or 12 inches and will create neat stripes on lawns up to 2,000 square foot.

The 20 litre grass catcher is large enough to handle ample amounts of clippings so operators don't have to waste time continually emptying the cuttings.

This machine only weighs 11.2kg including the battery so it is easy to manoeuvre and it can be folded down quickly and stored away in a shed or garage without taking up too much space.

MowDirect is offering customers a huge £30 saving on this machine, so it looks as though there has never been a better time to invest in a battery powered lawn mower.
