Tony Domingo writes: A secret garden based in Bristol could be regenerated, after it was put up for sale at a property auction.
The garden, which is situated near the suspension bridge in Clifton, has a guide price of £40,000 and is currently overgrown.
But, according to estate agents, the space has the potential to be redeveloped into a beautiful ecological area, Bristol's Evening Post reports.
Peter Beddoe, of auctioneers Morgan Beed, revealed that the garden's location gave it the potential to be stunning.
"I've been selling for 35 years and I've never seen anything like it before.
"There are mature fruit trees on the site, with two level terraces reached by various flights of steps, but everything is overgrown," he told the publication.
He added: "It is in a stunning location, with wonderful views, and one of the great joys is the terraces are walled on three sides."
Interested parties should start sharpening their shears and revving up their lawnmowers at the land goes under the hammer at the Bristol Zoo Gardens on March 12th.
