The base-plate can be set to any of three positions to suit the size of log you’re splitting. This means the ram doesn’t travel further than it needs to, in turn ensuring energy is saved and productivity is maximised. Position ‘1’ is suitable for logs up to 52cm long; in position ‘2’ logs up to 78cm are acceptable; and in position ‘3’ you’ll be able to split logs up to 104cm in length.
The Lawnflite LS80P’s transport wheels, transport handle and lack of restrictive mains-cable make it particularly suitable for those needing to work in remote locations with no nearby power-supply.
