*N.B. We only ship to mainland England, Wales & Scotland. We do not currently ship to UK off-shore delivery addresses, Ireland (North & South), the European mainland or further afield.
Christmas & New Year
We will be dispatching your orders through until 3pm on Thursday 22nd December. (If ordering a Christmas gift please refer to individual product pages for delivery times as not all products will reach you in time for the 25th.) Our office will remain open until midday on Friday 23rd December and will then will close for the holidays through until 9am on Tuesday 3rd January. During this period please continue to shop with us as normal (you will receive email confirmation of any orders placed) and we will process your goods for dispatch as soon as we return in the New Year.
All products available from the store are shown with usual delivery times stated in working days. If an item is listed as Next Working Day Delivery and you place your order before 2pm Mon-Fri, we will (stock permitting) dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). Please note that, although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only; and is 'courier permitting'. Delivery to remote areas of Scotland, for example, may take our couriers a day or two longer than that advertised.
We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product, and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. For dispatched items our standard returns policy applies (see 'Returns').
Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be any damage to your consignment suffered during transit please make a note of this on the delivery slip when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact on any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regards to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or, if you prefer, our Call Centre staff will be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives.
