Thanks to its large funnel-shape hopper, you can literally scoop up large armfuls of leaves and other waste and drop them down into the shredder. The Garland BG50 has an extra wide 183 mm (7.2”) opening which means you can process larger quantities of waste quicker.
To save time and for added convenience, the two-way feed system employed by this shredder makes it possible for branches and woody material to be chipped and shredded via the same access point. The blade design makes light work shredding and incorporates a unique built-in fan for keeping the blades clear.
