New range of pressure washers now on sale from top American manufacturer

Grubby paths and decking need to be cleaned before winter sets in and makes them slippery and dangerous and here is a new range of pressure washers from Briggs & Stratton to do the job.

And they are ideal for shifting stubborn mud from the family car.

This company is known throughout the world for making brilliant engines to power garden machinery and now they are making powerful pressure washer with both electrical and petrol engines.

The petrol models are very powerful and made for the toughest domestic cleaning problems and industrial use with engines mounted in a sturdy chassis so that they can be easily wheeled around.

The basic machine is the Briggs & Stratton Sprint 2000E Electric Pressure-Washer with a 1900W electric motor to produce 160 bar of pressure – 75  times more powerful than a garden hose.

There are three nozzles and a soap tank which holds the detergent and a six metre hose and it also has a steam clean function.

The whole piece is mounted on transport wheels making it easy to move and has a handlebar which folds down.

It costs £159, £30 off the recommended price and is delivered free the next working day with a two-year warranty.

The most powerful electrically-powered machine the range is the Briggs & Stratton Sprint 2300EPF

Electric Pressure-Washer with a 2500W motor producing 160 bar of pressure using the company’s POWERflow+ technology.

A seven-in-one nozzle often different spray patterns and severity and it has a 1.5 litre detergent tank.

It has eight metres of hose and a 10-metre power cable and costs £239, £40 less than the recommended price.

The basic petrol machine is the Briggs & Stratton 3000 Petrol Pressure-Washer which has a 208cc Briggs & Stratton engine easily fired up with the company’s Magnetron ignition system.

This gives 207 bar of water pressure and a flow rate of 9.5 litres a minute and has a seven-in-one nozzle so you can select the severity of the cleaning jet plus a detergent tank should you need more than just pressure to clear away the grime.

Mounted on a sturdy steel frame it has large wheels to make it easier to move around and it has a nine metre hose.

The price is £529, £50 off the recommended price and it is delivered free the next working day with a two-year warranty.

And top of the petrol range is this one, the Briggs & Stratton Elite 4000 Petrol Pressure-Washer producing 275 bar of pressure enough to clean down industrial machinery, farm vehicles and stubborn marks on stone patios.

A 420cc Briggs & Stratton engine is mean on fuel and emissions and well silenced and has a large fuel tank and it is fitted with an Annovi Reverberi triplex pump for reliability and high pressure jets.

There are 15 metres of reinforced hose and five nozzles including two for using detergent.

It is mounted on durable tyres which never go flat.

It is priced at £879, £120 off the recommended price and has a two-year warranty with free delivery the next working day.
