This one has seven cutting heights from 25mm to 80mm and a cutting width of 98cm.
It has wide tyres and twin headlights to keep you working when conditions get murky.

Another lawn tractor exclusive to us is the MTD Direct-Collect Lawn Tractor with its 420cc MTD engine started with a key.
This has twin cutting blades developing a very strong air current and really blasts the cuts grass into the collector – even wet grass – with no unsightly clumps left behind.
And it is fitted with anti-scalp wheels to avoid damaging the lawn.
This collector holds 240 litres and you can empty it without leaving the driver’s seat.

The Lawnflite 603 XT-S Lawn Tractor is a great value-for-money machine with a powerful 420cc engine which is low on fuel use and emissions and with a large fuel tank so you can mow for longer.
This tractor has a built-in fan to literally blast the cut grass into the collector making it suitable for the typical British summer. It has twin headlights for the same reason!
There are five cutting heights form 30mm to 95mm and a very tight turning radius.
And with this one you receive completely free a trailer worth £199.
The tractor costs £1599, £200 less than the recommended price and it has a two-year warranty from the maker. Delivery is free within two to three working days and the options of paying an extra fee for Saturday delivery is also available.
Now back to Mountfield for a couple of tried and trusted machines which have become firm favourites and best sellers.
The Mountfield 1530M Lawn Tractor has an 84cm cutting width and twin cutting blades to give a smooth cut and very efficient grass collection, even when it’d wet.
The cutting deck pivots to follow the contours of the lawn and cuts down to 25mm and up to 80mm with seven options.
The grass box holds 240 litres and emits a loud bleep when it needs emptying, a very handy feature. And it can be emptied without leaving the driver’s seat.
The engine is Mountfield’s own 452cc model and it has a six speed manual gear box – five forward and one reverse. The fuel tank holds six litres.

The Lawnflite 903 RT Lawn Tractor has a cutting width of 105cm and has a Briggs & Stratton 500cc engine with Transmatic transmission to make it an easy-driving machine.
The company’s Direct Collect system gives excellent grass collection even when it’s wet. Cutting heights are from 30mm to 95mm.
The grass box holds 240 litres and is easy to remove with tools. And this machine comes with a completely free trailer which normally costs £199 so turning your garden tractor into a year-round workhorse.
