With drought orders across the south of Britain, many of us have experienced the wettest April for years.
All this rain means the grass has done well and needs to be kept in trim to promote vigorous growth for the rest of the year but many lawnmowers struggle to cope with wet clippings.
So here we have listed three mowers from leading manufacturer Einhell which are ideal for coping with wet conditions.

Einhell lawn mower
With a 51 cm cutting width it has a 166 cc engine and is ideal for a larger lawn.
It works well in the wet as it has an extra wide discharge at the back to cope.
It actually has four options for discharging the cuttings, either to the rear or to the side, into a grass box or mulched and returned to the lawn.
And to ensure that the lawns gets a smooth even trim there is a lawn comb at the front. A single lever makes it easy to adjust the cutting height.
High wheels and a steel deck contribute to the long life of this is the mower.
Delivery is free the next working day and there is a two year manufacturer’s warranty.
This mower costs £319.95, and that’s £160 off the manufacturer’s recommended price.

Einhell petrol lawn mower
Again it has been designed to cope equally with wet grass clippings as well as dry and can cope with the rougher areas of grass as well as smooth lawns. The extra large rear wheels mean it is easy to manoeuvre around flower beds and paths.
The engine is powerful and has low emissions and there are six cutting heights.
The handles have three height options so you can chose which is the most comfortable.
Again there is a grass comb and the grass box has an indicator to show when it is full.
An ideal mower for the medium sized lawn – especially in these damp conditions – it has a two year manufacturer’s guarantee and free next working day delivery.
There is a massive reduction on the manufacturer’s recommended price of £399.95 – we have it on sale for just £279.95.

Einhell variable speen lawn mower
This is a really top notch machine made more comfortable to use by the variable speed drive so you can mow at the exact speed which suits you and the conditions.
There are four options for discharging clippings as on the other machines and the high wheels are mounted on proper ball bearings to prolong the machine’s longevity.
The power comes from a Briggs & Stratton 190 cc engine designed to start in no more than two pulls on the cord. Plus there is a large fuel tank so more time can spent mowing and less re-fuelling.
There is a massive £200 off the manufacturer’s recommended price on this machine e- we have it for £399.95 – free next working day delivery and a two year manufacturer’s warranty.
