Should you have any questions regarding the use or correct operation of your machine, our industry trained staff will happily assist with friendly and helpful advice. (Please ensure you have your order number to hand when contacting us.)

All items supplied by MowDIRECT also come with full assembly instructions (where assembly is required) and an operators manual as well as safety advice. We strongly recommend you read through these carefully before assembling or using your new machine.

Please also make sure that you have read the manufacturer's instruction manual in full and gone through any trouble shooting sections before contacting us as many issues can normally be resolved by doing this.

This means we are recognised by the manufacturers we represent as being qualified to sell their products and can liaise with them to resolve any warranty or repair issues relating to manufacturing faults.

What happens if my machine develops a fault?

MowDIRECT will provide you with our full support and assistance in the event of a fault developing with your machine.

Our workshop is equipped to repair any machine we sell for faults covered by the warranty and we can deal directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure a speedy remedy. In some cases we may employ an officially recognised Service Agent in your own area to perform this work on our behalf.
