the Westwood range, S1300 Garden Tractors are popular versatile machines. Easy
to use, compact and manoeuverable, they are compatible with a host of labour
saving accessories all of which are available from MowDIRECT.
Powered by 12.5hp single cylinder Briggs & Stratton industrial engines, both models develop ample torque to tackle fine lawns, or long wet grass on rough areas or even slopes!
Whether cutting lush spring grass or hauling winter logs, the
ideal
speed for each task is easy to select by means of a manual 6-speed transmission
on the S1300, or an infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission on the S1300H.
A direct drive power take off system, clevis hitch and adjustable seat are standard features on both models.
Fitted with 36" (914mm) working width, three bladed, 'Vector
Flow' cutting decks, these tractors can achieve an
effective cutting output in
excess of an acre per hour. Anti-scalp wheels ensure a uniform finish
even on undulating ground. Rear discharge allows grass cuttings to be
collected using a Westwood powered grass collector. A grass reduction
kit is available to fit all 36" cutting decks; this chops grass into a
fine mulch to return nutrients to the soil.
