DORI SC38BS LAWN SCARIFIER

The Dori range of garden machinery offers excellent value for money across the whole range and these scarifiers are no exception. The SC38BS has a working width of 38cm/15" making it ideal for small to medium sized lawns. The 16 fixed steel knives will remove thatch build up which can be collected in the supplied 40 litre `thatch catcher`. Height adjustment can be made in any increment between the highest and lowest setting for precise depth control. A Briggs and Stratton 3.5hp petrol engine provides power to the blades through a drive belt with a highly dependable jockey pulley clutch. Sealed bearings on the blade shaft ensure trouble free use for many years. Storage is made easy with the easy to fold handlebars.

MTD scarifiers with their specially developed fixed steel blades remove moss and dead plants carefully and efficiently. The aerating of the ground also enables your lawn to absorb sufficient moisture and nutrients to grow healthy.

The MTD VG40 Petrol Lawn Scarifier / Aerator has a 40cm/16" working width and advanced 122cc MTD OHV engine offering long working life, increased fuel efficiency for low running costs and lower emissions to help protect the environment. The depth of the scarifying process can be centrally adjusted by a single lever to suit conditions and the ergonomically designed handles are fully foldable for compact storage or easy transportation in the boot of your car. A fabric catcher is included as standard for collecting debris and this model also features a rear metal deflector for safe use without the collection facility. The MTD VG40 boasts a robust steel deck and weighs 31kg.
