The new Lawnflite S2690K Long Reach Hedgetrimmer / Brushcutter Combi Kit has an ultra reliable 27cc Kawasaki engine for years of trouble free use. The heavy-duty EH22 hedgecutter attachment has a 22" double sided, double reciprocating blade and is adjustable between 0-135 degrees. It can be changed from hedgecutter to brushcutter/strimmer in minutes and comes equipped with a 'tap and go' line head making it ideal for clearance work on medium to larger size properties.

The unit features a 'D' shape handle design and for additional comfort and safety comes with a built in body stop guard and AV rubber mount on the shaft mount to clutch housing. Vibration levels are only 1.9/4.8 m/s and the Sound Power Level is 102 (Dba). The fuel tank capacity is 600 cc. Overall weight as a brushcutter is 5.1 kg and as a hedgetrimmer 7.0kg. The overall length with the hedgetrimmer positioned upright is 2300 mm. Supplied with single strap harness.

This light and easy-to-handle long reach hedgetrimmer / brushcutter combi unit is able to keep vibrations to an absolute minimum as it is fitted with self-lubricating bushings on the transmission shaft, whilst the powerful 37cc/1.8hp engine and the grip have been kept separate. The forged-steel drive shaft and connecting rod also guarantee dependable performances and long life. The 2-stroke engine has a large 0.75 litre fuel tank for fewer stops to refill. The unit can be easily changed from a hedgetrimmer to brushcutter in minutes.

The adjustable hedgetrimmer has an angle of rotation of 270° with numerous fixed intermediate positions. It offers great versatility allowing effortless overhead, ground and side-wall operation. The 48 cm/19" blade is also designed for use as a grass cutter and for tidying flower beds. The hedgetrimmer has a large tooth gap of 35mm for heavier growth and the unit as a whole has an overall length of 200cm/80" allowing you to reach even the tallest of hedges without the use of a ladder. Overall weight as a long reach hedgetrimmer: 7.5kg.

As a brushcutter, this machine is ideal for tidying lawn edges, nettles, weeds and overgrown areas at the borders of your property. The unit is supplied with a 2-line nylon head. Overall weight as a brushcutter: 6kg.
