The extra large 75 litre capacity plastic catcher featured 
on most Masport models is made
from ultra violet protected polyethylene for long life. Its full width ventilation
maximises airflow and pushes wet grass to the back avoiding clogging. The
specially woven polyester fabric catchers on the 950 series (105 litre) and
460mm/18" Self-Propelled model (82 litres) will give long life even under
damp conditions.
The Masport 200-4 has a pressed steel deck for lightness and durability with a 12 month domestic use warranty. All other rotary mowers feature cast aluminum cutter deck housings for strength and durability. They are light to use and will not rust. Cutter decks are finished with a powder coat paint for appearance and scratch resistance. Aluminum cutter decks are covered by a Masport's unbeatable domestic use 15-year deck warranty.
These
extra wide tread wheels with two ball bearing system will easily take you over
varying slopes and lawn terrain. The 200-4 model has plain bearing wheels.
All models feature a generous 460mm (18") cutting width, with the exception of the 950i-4SP which has a 510mm (20") cutting width and the Maxicut series with 21" decks.
All
mowers have Operator Presence Control, an engine braking system that stops the
blade within 3 seconds of releasing the handle, for safer operation.
Masport's new 'Ergo Handle allows you to set your mower handle to
the height most suitable for comfortable pushing.
If
you decide not to use your catcher, Masport's new 'Smart Chute' rear flap will
